Preparation:- Prepare Cowhill Original frozen cappuccino.
- Stir in Cowhill Strawberry Banana granita syrup.
- Top with whipped cream, Hershey's® chocolate syrup, and nuts.

- 3/4 oz for 12-oz serving
- 1 oz syrup for 16-oz serving
Frozen Strawberry Shortcake Cappuccino
Preparation:- Prepare Cowhill White Chocolate frozen cappuccino.
- Stir in Cowhill Strawberry Banana granita syrup.
- Top with whipped cream.

Preparation:- Prepare Cowhill Lemonade granita.
- Stir in Cowhill Margarita granita syrup.

Peach Lemonade Granita

Strawberry Lemonade Granita

Frozen Cappuccino Mudslide
Ingredients:- 1.5 oz Cowhill Original frozen cappuccino syrup
- 1 oz vodka
- 2 oz half-n-half
- 1 oz Hershey's® chocolate syrup
- Add above ingredients to blender.
- Start blending and add ice until thick.

Frozen Wine Margarita
Ingredients:- 1 part Cowhill Margarita granita syrup
- 1 part red or white wine
- 1 part tequila
- Add above ingredients to blender.
- Start blending and add ice until thick.
Frozen Strawberry Margarita
Ingredients:- 1 part Cowhill Margarita granita syrup
- 1/2 part Cowhill Strawberry Banana granita syrup
- 1 part tequila
- Add above ingredients to blender.
- Start blending and add ice until thick.
Frozen Peach Bellini
Ingredients:- 1 part Cowhill Peach granita syrup
- 5 parts white wine, sparkling wine, or champagne
Alternatives:
- Blend above ingredients with fresh peaches and pour over ice.
- Blend above ingredients with frozen peaches and do not use ice at all.
Cappuccino Waffles
Preparation:- Melt and drizzle butter on top of waffle.
- Add your favorite fruit.
- Drizzle Cowhill cappuccino syrup on top.
Cappuccino Dessert Crepes
Preparation:- Fill crepe with favorite fruit.
- Roll and top with whipped Cream.
- Drizzle Cowhill cappuccino syrup on top or mix syrup into whipped topping (1 tbsp).
Chocolate Cappuccino Malt
Ingredients:- 1 cup milk
- 2 heaping tablespoons malt
- 2-3 tablespoons Cowhill cappuccino syrup
- 2 scoops chocolate ice cream

Cappuccino Icing or Glaze
Ingredients:- 1 tbsp Cowhill cappuccino syrup
- 4 tbsp milk
- Powdered sugar
- Mix cappuccino syrup and milk together.
- Stir and add powdered sugar until reaching desired consistency.
- Great for topping cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, and sweet bread.
Pecan Pie
Ingredients:- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Cowhill cappuccino syrup
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of pecan halves
- Mix ingredients together and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Coffee-Coconut Meringues
Ingredients:- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Cowhill cappuccino syrup
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup pecan or walnut pieces
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Beat egg whites with salt until foamy throughout.
- Gradually add sugar, followed by cappucccino syrup.
- Continue beating until mixture forms stiff, shiny peaks.
- Fold in coconut and/or nuts if desired, taking care not to "deflate" the eggwhite mixture.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with brown paper.
- Place into oven, and immediately turn oven OFF.
- Leave overnight, or until meringue is dry, and cookies can easily be lifted from paper.
- Makes about 40-45 meringues.
