Same Day Shipping
If you order before 1:00 p.m. Central Time, we will try to ship your order the same day. However, this is not a guarantee and some items are excluded. Please read the process times for each item for details. Brewers, airpots, gift baskets, gift crates, and real Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee usually have delayed shipping.

Final Thoughts
We cannnot guarantee that your orders will be delivered before Christmas. Millions of packages are moved daily during the holidays and problems do occur. In the past, UPS has proven to be very reliable during the holidays. USPS Priority is normally very fast, but the holidays could slow things down. We do not have enough experience with USPS Priority service during the holidays to offer reliable advice. We suggest UPS for time critical shipments. Not because they are faster, but because they deliver on schedule about 99% of the time.
Regardless of courier or service, if you wait until the last minute, you're taking a big chance. Just because UPS guarantees delivery times, that doesn't mean they always deliver on time. It just means that we can request a refund of shipping costs if scheduled delivery is not met. Besides, as stated above, these guarantees do not apply during the holidays.
